1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CartSavior Pro ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. License Grant

Subject to payment, we grant you a:

• Non-exclusive, non-transferable license
• For one production WooCommerce store per license
• Includes 1 year of updates/support (renewable)

3. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Plugin
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the code
• Use on multiple production sites without additional licenses
• Enable fraudulent or illegal activities

4. Payments & Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable except:

• Within 30 days if the Plugin fails to function as documented
• When technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team

5. Support Policy

We provide:

• Email support via support@cartsavior.com
• Response within 24 business hours
• Support only for active license holders

6. Limitation of Liability

CartSavior shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits from Plugin use
• Third-party compatibility issues

7. Termination

We may terminate licenses for:

1. Violation of these Terms
2. Chargeback disputes
3. Abuse of our services or staff

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update these Terms at any time
• Notify users via email or dashboard notice
• Require renewed acceptance for major changes
