However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure the plugin works as expected for you. You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date if you meet the conditions below.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The plugin fails to function as described on our official website or in our product documentation.
  • You have contacted our support team to allow us to try and resolve the issue.
  • Your website environment meets the minimum system requirements necessary to run the plugin.

We Do Not Grant Refunds For

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You have changed your mind after purchasing and downloading the product.
  • The issue is caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin or theme that is not officially supported.
  • You are unwilling to provide our support team with the access or information required to resolve the issue.

  3. Our team will investigate the issue, which may take up to 3 business days.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
