However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure the plugin works as expected for you. You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date if you meet the conditions below.
Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The plugin fails to function as described on our official website or in our product documentation.
- You have contacted our support team to allow us to try and resolve the issue.
- Your website environment meets the minimum system requirements necessary to run the plugin.
We Do Not Grant Refunds For
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You have changed your mind after purchasing and downloading the product.
- The issue is caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin or theme that is not officially supported.
- You are unwilling to provide our support team with the access or information required to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
